In our constant strive to improve the community of our school environment, we are implementing a five-house system. This system will build our I-EP culture and create a sense of belonging and pride among our students and teachers. This character developing system reflects our I-EP core values and IB ideology and philosophy by encouraging our students to actively develop their social, developmental, and emotional skills thru tasks which reflect IB Learner Profile attributes and traits. Students will have opportunities to get to know and work with peers from all grade levels. They will also have chances to lead, participate, and serve in their house. Through our I-EP house system, students will give or receive peer support and tutoring. We will be developing student leaders and mentors who are caring and empathetic individuals who strive to make a difference and be part of a growing community.
