华外同文外国语学校（原华南师范大学附属外国语学校）创新融合部I-EP中小学开设IB课程，是IB授权学校（PYP & MYP）。
IB是一个社会构建，以探究为基础的教学模式。这意味着，我们相信学生可以根据基础知识构建自己对世界的理解。我们会在学生适应这个世界的过程中调整对学生的教育方式。
我们的教育哲学是使学习者成为具有“中国心、世界观”的世界公民。
I-EP在每周一早上举行集会，除升国旗外，还会向全体师生公布每周之星，各社的得分；强调本周行为养成重点及教学重点。
线上升旗仪式 Online Flag Raising Ceremony
受疫情影响，这个星期，我们无法于秀丽剧院相聚，但是在无法回到校园的日子里，我们依然按照约定，在云端集结，共同参与本星期的升旗仪式。
同学们，虽然疫情打乱了我们的学习生活，但请不要惊慌，让我们用科学的防疫方式，保持稳定的情绪与健康的心态，积极面对，共克时艰。相信不用多久，我们一定能全面战胜疫情的。
本周之星 Star of the Week

本周之星是一个大家熟悉的面孔。自从她加入I-EP以来，她已经三次获得“本周之星”了。她很谦虚，从来不会骄傲自满。她总是努力做到最好，并总是提供高质量的工作。她是所有同学和老师的榜样。在网络课堂上，她仍然是一个专注的学生，随时提问和参与。
This week’s star of the week is no stranger to being a start. She has been start of the week three times since she joined I-EP and she never lets herself become complacent. She always strives to be the best that she can and always delivers good quality work. She’s a role model to all her classmates and teachers. During online class, she continues to be a dedicated students, asking questions and participating whenever she can.
Eric Bai 柏梓涵
本周的PYP本周之星是一个非常专注的学生，他从来没有错过交给他的任何一个任务。他有令人难以置信的记忆力，能够将学过的知识进行有趣的连接。他通过与同学合作进行小组活动和演讲，发展了自己的社交能力。他在沟通技巧方面有了很大的进步，能够以更有效的方式用英文和中文进行沟通。他将在I-EP方面继续取得进步。
This week’s PYP start of the week is a very dedicated student who never misses any tasks given to him. He has an incredible memory and is able to make very interesting connections with information previously learned. He has developed his social skills by cooperating with his classmates in group work and presentations. He has made great strides in his communications skills, by being able to communicate in English and Chinese in a more effective way. He will continue to make progress in I-EP.
这位本周之星在整个在线学习过程中始终坚持完成任务。他也是一个优秀的沟通者--在课后与老师联系，发送家庭作业并澄清他可能有的疑惑。如果被问到问题，他立即打开话筒。始终保持着积极、负责和尊重的态度。在网上学习期间，他一直坚持不懈，总是参与并完成他的任务，也几乎每天都完成练习。
This star of the week is consistently being on task throughout the whole online learning. He is also an excellent communicator - contacting the teacher after classes to send homework and clarify doubts he may have. He openes his microphone instantly if asked a question. Consistently being active, responsible and respectful. He has been constant during online learning - basically a star of online learning. He is always participating and finishing his tasks, also finishes exercises almost every single day.
Renee Huang 黄思蕾
这位本周之星在课上和课后都能积极提出有意义的问题，解决数学问题。事实证明，她是一个很好的沟通者和探究者。在网上学习期间，她每天都会参加锻炼，并尽可能地为自己打气。她总是第一个到达教室，第一个回答老师的问题。
This star of the week is able to actively ask meaningful questions during and after class to solve math problems. She is proved to be a good communicator and inquirer. During online learning, she takes part in exercise everyday and cheers up herself as much as she can.She is always to be the first one to arrive in the class and the first to respond to the teacher. She also is a risk taker in covid period and principled for her work.
I-EP的社制文化 I-EP五社制的设计鼓励学生积极参与促进他们社交技能、发展技能和情感技能提升的活动和任务。它反映着我们的核心价值观及IB理念。通过这个制度的逐步实施，学生将被分进不同的多年级混龄群组，与不同年龄的同学进行互动。在他们的社里面，孩子们会有机会参与、领导和服务类的任务。他们也会获得持续的支持和指引。以此，我们希望培养出越来越多的学生领袖和导师，他们关爱他人，并为这个社会的持续发展贡献力量。 I-EP House tickets achievements 在社制文化的建设下，I-EP推出每周之星（Start of the week)制度，以鼓励学生有更多积极正面的行为，从而进一步推动I-EP成为一个积极、正面的专业学习社群。 每个星期五我们会在公开、公平、公正的原则下，通过统计学生所获得的House Tickets，获得票数最多的学生当选出 “本周之星”。每周一的升旗典礼上，将会由校长亲自鼓励和颁发奖状给这名学生，对他的行为进行嘉奖鼓励，同时我们会将合影发给整个I-EP社群，让所有的家长、同学和老师知晓“本周之星”所做的事情，鼓励其他学生有更加正面积极的行为。
